Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a key labelling various parts of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the continuing congressional release.
